1.3 We may also process your Personal Data collected by our network of merchants for continued participation in loyalty programs, business purposes of the merchants, data analytics, or other notified purposes.

Specific Issues for Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties

2.1 We prioritize the confidentiality of Personal Data provided to us.

2.2 While we do not disclose Personal Data to third parties without relevant consent, exceptions may occur in certain situations, such as those outlined in Section 2.2.1 through 2.2.7.

3.3 A service fee will be charged for handling access requests. We will provide a written estimate of the fee, and your request will be processed upon agreement to pay the fee.

Request to Withdraw Consent

4.1 You may withdraw consent for the collection, use, and/or disclosure of your Personal Data by emailing your opt-out notice to info@wyocrm.com. We will process your request within 30 days and cease using your Personal Data accordingly.

4.2 Opt-out options for promotional messages will be available via SMS or WhatsApp.

4.3 Withdrawal of consent may have legal consequences affecting our relationship. Essential communications related to your WYO Loyalty Account may still be sent without the option to opt-out.

4.4 If withdrawing consent for specific merchants while desiring to continue using WYO services, essential communications will be sent, and your WYO Loyalty Account may be deleted.

Request to Delete Account

5.1 To delete your WYO Loyalty Account, email info@wyocrm.com. Transaction progress and
rewards cannot be recovered post deletion.

5.2 Information collected may remain for aggregated reporting and analysis, governed by
Paragraph 6.3.

Management and Security of Personal Data

6.1 We strive for accuracy and completeness in reflecting the Personal Data provided. It is your responsibility to update us on any changes to ensure data accuracy.
